Inspired by our founder Matea, her powerful transformation after over coming type 2 diabetes through natural healing, mindful living, and daily discipline, we set out to help other women experience the same renewal.

Meet the Founder

Hey, I’m Matea founder of Empower Through Harmony. My wellness journey began after years of dealing with type 2 diabetes, weight challenges, and anxiety. I spent years on medication before realizing that true healing required a different approach! one that focused on alignment, nutrition, mindset, and self-awareness.

By shifting my lifestyle and staying consistent, I was able to heal naturally, regain my confidence, and live medication-free. Today, my mission is to help women experience that same freedom. Through Empower Through Harmony, I EMPOWER women on how to restore balance, reconnect with themselves, and take back control of their health.
